On the 13th anniversary of 9/11 it is worth considering what global civil society is expected to believe.
One man; Osama Bin Laden, was able to outplay the 16 US intelligence agencies and the US$40 billion intelligence and security apparatus; the biggest and most technologically sophisticated in the history of the world; and coordinate the attacks from his hospital bed in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
The official story also tells us that he had support from Afghanistan; a failed State where many people endure a Stone Age subsistence existence.
In short, the gatekeepers of the official narrative invite us to endorse the view, without question, that The Flintstones took down Skynet; that the local football club under 13s team beat Real Madrid 5-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in front of a capacity crowd; that my three year old son beat Garry Kasparov at chess …
Furthermore we are expected to find reasonable that despite the fact 15 of the 20 hijackers were Saudi Arabian nationals and the rest Emiratis; culpability for the attacks somehow included Iraq and the regime of Saddam Hussein. Not only are we implored to believe that The Flintstones devastated Skynet; but that The Simpsons were involved too.
The conventional ‘wisdom’ proffered by the establishment shills for the justification of the ‘War on Terror’ was to punish those rogue states involved in supporting terrorist activities driven by Islamic fanaticism i.e. Afghanistan and Iraq, despite the fact that the US has along history of supporting Jihadi groups as well as Muslim extremism.
We’ve been also invited to accept that concrete and steel buildings can collapse into their own footprint; at free fall speed; through the path of greatest resistance and for no apparent reason as in the case of WTC building 7.
We are also discouraged from considering why on that infamous day the standard operating procedure for the emergency response to such an event was contravened. The delay in scrambling jets and other details suggest a stand-down order and the failure to protect the crime scenes by having all the debris removed and disposed before forensic testing could be done indicates a cover up.
Another supposedly reasonable proposition was put forward by Vice President Dick Cheney and Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle that there should be no investigation.
There have been recent calls for the declassification and public release of the redacted 28 page section of the Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities before and after the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001.
These redacted pages are expected to demonstrate the extent of State sponsorship of the 9/11 attacks by Saudi Arabia – a key US ally. It has also been alleged that these pages also demonstrate the extent of Israel’s involvement.
The relationship between the Saudi and American elite is well documented and in particular the close relationship between the family of George W. Bush and the Royal House of Saud as well as the Bin Laden family.
Immediately after the 9/11 attacks, members of the Bin Laden and Saudi royal families were secretly flown out of the US. This occurred with full knowledge and authorization by the White House, US State Department, FBI and the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA).
It was conducted during a universal flight ban which ordered the grounding of all aircraft throughout the entire US. One of those passengers airlifted was Prince Ahmed bin Salman bin Abulaziz Al Saud, who it is alleged is suspected of having foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks as well as links to Al Qaeda.
The Voice of Russia’s John Robles commenting on the close relationship between the Bush family and Saudi prince Bandar bin Sultan, suggests
that Saudi Prince Bandar “Bush” is the key to the historic illegality that has spread throughout the world and the Middle East like a cancer since 9-11 and that it began with the Balkan war and the Saudi support of Bosnian Muslim terrorists. He is the key that ties the U.S. and the American elites to everything from Al-Qaeda to influencing South American oil markets.
Prince Bandar has also popped up in other controversies such as the scandal involving British Aerospace (BAE) who allegedly bribed Bandar to facilitate a lucrative arms deal between BAE and Saudi Arabia.
In 2011 Lloyds insurance who paid out US$215 million to the victims of 9/11 filed legal proceedings against the government of Saudi Arabia who Lloyds accuse of direct involvement in the attacks.
The point to take on board on this 13th anniversary is that the official story as well as the official response to the events of 9/11 is simply implausible.
The evidence of a cover up by the US government is clear despite the 9/11 commission claiming it found no evidence of Saudi involvement at senior government level.
The redacted pages of the Joint Inquiry should be instructive from the comments made by those who have read those pages.
When the truth comes out ‘officially’ it will be a cataclysmic event that will make the pentagon papers look trivial.
The ‘smoking guns’ are loaded. Two planes, three buildings. Do the math.
