Sandy Hook: Associated Press foreknowledge concerning the Connecticut elementary school shooting

And it would not be surprising if this were a bona fide attempt by the AP to suppress crucial evidence, because AP has been implicated in fabricating images of children and their bio-sketches prior to the massacre, as this article sets forth, where we are attempting to verify that the AP actually send out this directive to librarians, which they are most unlikely to follow (based on my discussion with a highly competent librarian, who thought the very idea was completely absurd).

More significantly, we now have reports that the FBI data base on mass killings in the United States does not include any data for either the Aurora theater (“Batman”) shooting victims or the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting victims,  where officials of the agency has explained that local authorities directed that it be removed from their records. It would appear that someone in the chain of command had second thoughts about incorporating this into the FBI’s data base, probably because it is illegal to file a false federal report:

Just as extraordinary measures were taken to exclude information about the alleged victims from the public at the time. This would make sense if the “shooting” had been a drill that was promoted as a real event, but makes no sense at all if it had been real. Think about it. In both cases (Aurora and Sandy Hook), local authorities requested the FBI to take out data about their “victims”. Why would anyone do that if these had been real events where people died? It’s growing more and more likely that perps are going to jail over this.

Wolfgang has now written to the major media (newspapers and television) to advise them that broadcasting a fake event as though it were real violates FCC regulations, which could prosecute them for the crime assuming that they did so with knowledge that it was a staged event. I am demanding a complete and full Investigation in falsifying sworn police affidavits by your CT State Troopers not once but many other times especially when failing to find two women inside the Sandy Hook School for over four hours. What was that all about?

I became a United States Naturalized Citizen by having to earn that privilege. I but I also learned from that same Federal Judge who granted my Citizenship that it can also be taken away if I committed a Felony and with that be deported back to my country of origin.

That caught my attention and with that said I have never committed a Felony.

I have been a Public Servant for over 39 years and no I never got rich being a Florida State Trooper, US Customs Agent, Teacher, Head Football and Baseball Coach, Dean of Students, Assistant School Principal, Principal, Director of School safety and finally as the Director of Risk Management.

I have always treated people as I wanted to be treated each and very day.

Which now brings me to tell you and others that you do not send two Lake County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators to my home one week before Christmas and threatened me with arrest by the CT State Police if I did not stop asking questions about the Sandy Hook School Shooting?

* You don’t send Lake County Deputy Sheriff’s in uniform and police vehicles to my home at the request of the Police Chief of Newtown Ct wanting to know if I owned a handgun and when I am coming to Newtown.

* You don’t have a Police Sargent from the Southbury Police Department call my house and harass me about calling the Chatfield Porta Pottie Company in trying to find put as to ordered those 10 Porta Potties on Dec 14, 2012 for the Sandy Hook Elementary School and the News media.

* You don’t have the 8 Danbury Police Officers prevent me from entering the United Way Western CT to inspect their non-profit records as allowed by IRS and CT State regulations and then given a trespass warning never to return.

* You don’t have the editor of the Newtown Bee John Volker tell you that you are not welcomed in Newtown and Sandy Hook and that they know who I am.

* You don’t have the PIO from the CT State Police call me unprofessional and tell me that I have embarrassed the Florida Highway Patrol by my asking questions about Sandy Hook.

So this is why I am writing this  e-mail with the utmost respect for law enforcement officers in CT and throughout the United States who do not lie on their sworn police affidavits especially during a supposed Mass Casualty Shooting causing Panic and Fear.

I am an old Florida State Trooper who for the life of me cannot understand why your agency would participate in such a Homeland Security and FEMA CAPSTONE EXERCISE?

You and all the other agencies that day without a doubt have intentionally create Panic and Fear throughout this countries schools.

The Commission’s prohibition against the broadcast of hoaxes is set forth at Section 73.1217 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 73.1217.

This rule prohibits broadcast licensees or permittees from broadcasting false information concerning a crime or a catastrophe if: (1) the licensee knows this information is false; (2) it is foreseeable that broadcast of the information will cause substantial public harm; and (3) broadcast of the information does in fact directly cause substantial public harm.

Any programming accompanied by a disclaimer will be presumed not to pose foreseeable harm if the disclaimer clearly characterizes the program as a fiction and is presented in a way that is reasonable under the circumstances.

For purposes of this rule, “public harm” must begin immediately, and cause direct and actual damage to property or to the health or safety of the general public, or diversion of law enforcement or other public health and safety authorities from their duties.

The public harm will be deemed foreseeable if the licensee could expect with a significant degree of certainty that public harm would occur.

A “crime” is any act or omission that makes the offender subject to criminal punishment by law.

A “catastrophe” is a disaster or imminent disaster involving a violent or sudden event affecting the public.

Complaints alleging violation of this rule should be sent to the Federal Communications Commission, Enforcement Bureau, Investigations & Hearings Division, 445 12^th Street, SW, Washington, D.C. 20554. Complaints should include the call sign and community of license of the station, the date and time of the broadcast(s) in question, and a detailed description of the public harm caused as a result of the [violation of these regulations].

You now have school superintendents and school board members trying to figure out on how to stop the next Sandy Hook when the first one did not even happen by the video and all of the sworn police affidavits.

If you can show me how 16 highly trained CT State Troopers in their own sworn police affidavits are telling the truth when they each describe how they each entered the Sandy Hook Elementary School through the shot out glass window I will stop asking questions.

As you must know even the three stooges are smarter than that. They at least would have sent in Curly through the shot out glass window to open the door for the other two.

Please explain to me how Ct State SWAT team, Newtown Police Department, ATF, FBI, CT State Police Officers who are not on the SWAT TEAM cannot find two women in the front office closet until over four hours later.  What if they where being held hostage would that not have been embarrassing  to the State of CT and the Governor?

I urge you now more than ever to let the American People know that this was a CAPSTONE Exercise and let me tell you why.

I have been in School administration for over 24 school years and I can tell you when a student is seriously injured mind you injured parents file lawsuits to recover money for the medical expenses.

Now you have 20 first grade children who have yet to begin to live their lives and 6 school staff members and not one parent or not one of the loved ones who died on Dec 14, 2012 in this heinous school massacre file a lawsuit.  Why do you think that is?

Yet your Ct Attorney General has to investigate the United Way Western Ct and the Sandy Hook Promise funds because those parents of the supposed children who died on Dec 14, 2012 feel as they did not receive enough money from the $29 million of donations that came in because of your sponsored event.

We have all of the evidence needed as you can see by the video and wait till you see the other factual materials which is so far above reasonable doubt that sooner or later the truth will show its face and people will get very angry for what ya’ll did to this country with trying to pass gun legislation, mental health and screw up our Freedom of Speech.

It does not work in a school setting because NO Elementary School Principal would ever and I mean ever allow her school to look so filthy and full of BioHazards making it the school a Toxic Waste dump placing all the children and her school staff members at risk with serious life long health issues.

My letter to the Sandy Hook Advisory Commission

At about 2:30 PM/CT on Thursday, 17 September 2014, I wrote to the Sandy Hook Advisory Commission to appraise them that the event they were taking for granted to have occurred in which Adam Lanza murdered his mother, then proceeded to Sandy Hook Elementary School and shot 20 children and 6 more adults before taking his own life, was in fact a staged event in which no one died, which was done to promote the Obama administration’s gun control agenda:

As a journalist and editor for Veterans Today, I have been doing research on Sandy Hook, which appears to have been staged as a political psychological op to instill fear into the American people to promote the administration’s gun control agenda, where you are being played as saps and going along with it–presumably in ignorance of the facts of the matter:

* there was no evacuation of the other 469 children and 75 staff members who should have been present were it real;

* Sandy Hook Elementary School appears to have been abandoned by 2008 and used as a stage for this psy op in 2012;

* EMTs were not allowed in to the building; there was no surge of ambulances or effort to get them to hospitals, etc.;

* the official report by State’s Attorney Stephen Sedensky does not connect the suspect to the victims or his weapons;

* Obama officials in the Department of Education have confirmed it was a drill and that no children or adults had died;

* the “iconic” Shannon Hicks’ photograph was staged with several takes and rearranging the kids to get “the best shot”.

Please know that these are not speculations but facts. I am a graduate of Princeton and a former Marine Corps officer, who earned my Ph.D. in the history and philosophy of science, then spent 35 years as a university professor offering courses in logic, critical thinking and scientific reasoning. I have over 150 scholarly articles and now 29 books. I have published the evidence in over thirty (30) articles, where I am citing a half-dozen here. I would like to address the advisory commission.

It would be an imposition to ask you to read thirty articles, but I strongly suggest that you read at least one. A principle of the law is that fraud vitiates everything: if even one material aspect of a case has been fabricated, that warrants dismissing that party’s entire case! I submit the entire narrative of Sandy Hook has been staged. Former Florida State Trooper and school principal, Wolfgang Halbig, has been publishing the “script” with annotations that make it obvious that this was a shoddy piece of work–where mistakes were made due to ignorance and incompetence–on his sandyhookjustice.com.

The collaborative research in which I have been engaged has involved contributions by four professors and dozens of other students of Sandy Hook. We do not have the resources of the local, state and federal government, which is doing its best to cover up their own malfeasance. This terrain is tricky and we have made mistakes of our own, which we have made efforts to correct as soon as we have discovered them. Indeed, if you can show that we are wrong about any of the points that are being reported in these articles, let me know. I recommend you review the bidding before you, too, are taken in by fakery.

And let me know if I might meet with the commission to present a summary of what we have discovered about Sandy Hook.

What we have here is a series of litmus tests of the integrity and honesty of the media in Connecticut (who, by continuing to participate in the deception, are violating FCC rules and regulations) and the local authorities in relation to the FBI (who, it would appear, have just enough conscience to not want false data to be included in the federal agency’s data base.

And my letter to the Sandy Hook Advisory Commission–which I know is not alone, where Wolf and others have sent them messages, too–places them on notice that, given our research, they are proceeding on the basis of mistaken assumptions and false hypotheses about the events to which they are responding. This is a severe test of their dedication to serve the citizens of Connecticut in their appointed task.
