Moscow Denies NATO Allegations of Russian Military Crossing Into Ukraine
…from SputnikNews.com, Moscow
[ Editor’s Note: Well, as we had predicted, with the elections being over and Ukraine getting its gas deal from Moscow to turn the taps on, Kiev is ready to crank the war back up. But I suspect that if they do the gas taps will be turned off.The West has known this was planned all along as NATO “countries” helped refurbish the Ukrainian military with non-lethal aid, where of course the usual weapons contractors were used to bring in what shooting equipment was needed, like from Poland, where someone was picking up the tab on that, also.
The buildup of Kiev’s troops, armor and equipment all around the Republic borders has been going on for some time with no protest from Western governments or NATO for “destabilizing” anything. I knew bad intentions were in the works when the separatists’ defensive firing was spun as ceasefire violations on their part, like they were supposed to just sit back and do nothing while their people are being killed.
Russia on the other hand, has always admitted that Russian volunteers have been coming and going into East Ukraine. But for some reason Moscow was never adding to that “but not on the scale that Western contractors have been flowing into the Ukraine Army and paramilitary units”. Because the Russians do not say this it is easier for Western media not to mention it either. Someone really dropped the ball there.
Is there some reason that NATO would not show spy satellite images of Russian armor crossing the border, even at night, which is no problem for the cameras? Everyone knows they are there and watching everything.
So color me suspicious that the armor that is being reported as Russian is from the captured stockpiles which the separatists captured during the last round of fighting. And could Russian veterans have been in the East training the separatists in maintaining and using them? Sure. The US and NATO are doing the same thing wherever they please, including training and supplying terrorists in a number of places… Jim W. Dean ]

MOSCOW, November 12 (RIA Novosti) – NATO allegations of Russian military convoys crossing the border with Ukraine are completely untrue, the Russian Defense Ministry said Wednesday.
Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said the rumors of alleged Russian military presence in Ukraine “are not backed by any facts.”
“We have already stopped paying attention to these baseless allegations,” he said.
On Wednesday morning, NATO said it had observed columns of Russian tanks, artillery and combat troops entering Ukraine over the past two days, while the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on Tuesday said it had seen a convoy of 43 unmarked military trucks moving toward eastern Ukraine. However, both organizations failed to present any facts to support the claim.
As the Ukrainian crisis has escalated, relations between Russia and NATO have deteriorated. The alliance has repeatedly accused Russia of meddling in Ukraine’s internal affairs, sending troops to Ukraine, and has gone as far as to claim that Moscow planned to invade Ukraine.
Russia has repeatedly denied such allegations, stating that it is not a party to the Ukrainian internal conflict and has said that all of the country’s actions are in accordance with international law.
